You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 2 years of experience in client service or research management. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at managing client requests and expectations. Your ability to understand compliance requirements and develop effective screening criteria makes you a valuable asset to the team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will help clients collect primary research insights to explore and refine their business-critical strategies, including new market entry and product launches. You will manage client requests, including project scope changes and expert scheduling, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include researching, identifying, and recruiting appropriate experts for discussions and surveys, connecting them with clients to facilitate valuable insights. You will work closely with the Sales and Relationship Management teams to optimize client use of Guidepointβs services and ensure seamless transitions between time zones on critical client requests.
What we offer
Guidepoint offers a competitive salary of $72,000 and an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, providing you with opportunities for professional growth and development. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work from our New York City office while also offering flexibility to work remotely.
