GumGum is seeking a Digital Director to drive sales in their Market Leading Contextual Advertising platform. You'll develop key relationships within large and mid-size agencies internationally. This role requires 5+ years of digital media experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in digital media, with a deep understanding of the online media landscape and the advertising community. Your expertise allows you to prospect and close sales effectively, leveraging your knowledge of contextual advertising solutions. You are comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating with a cross-functional pre-sales team to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Your ability to develop key relationships with large and mid-size agencies is crucial, as you will be responsible for managing these accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can apply independent judgment to select the best options from GumGum's defined products. You value data privacy and are committed to effective advertising that respects consumers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be an individual contributor focused on driving sales for GumGum's innovative contextual advertising platform. You will engage with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their advertising goals. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
You will work closely with the Group Digital Director, receiving occasional managerial guidance on client calls while maintaining a high level of autonomy. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and developments, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of GumGum's offerings to potential clients. You will also collaborate with the pre-sales team to prepare for client meetings and presentations, ensuring that all materials are aligned with client expectations.
