What you'll do

As a Staff Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and building the integration layer for Wellhub and various gym management systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility of tasks and prioritize the technical work that needs to be done. Your role will involve questioning stakeholders about feature scope and timing, ensuring that the balance between delivery complexity and opportunity cost is maintained. You will also contribute to the overall strategy of the integrations team, helping to shape the future of workplace wellness through technology.
