Who you are

You are a highly experienced Staff Frontend Engineer with a strong background in leading teams and developing user-friendly applications. You have extensive knowledge of React and Flux state control, including Redux or Rematch, and are proficient in TypeScript and GraphQL. Your experience allows you to effectively design and implement multi-platform web and mobile interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring junior engineers while leading by example. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you a valuable asset to cross-functional teams. What you'll do

As a Staff Frontend Engineer at Gympass, you will spearhead the Commercial Conditions Experience team, taking a hands-on approach to lead the design and development of our frontend systems. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust design system that supports our multi-platform applications. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.

You will also play a key role in establishing best practices for frontend development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and performance optimization. Your leadership will help shape the technical direction of the team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with our business goals.
