Job Description
Who you are
You are a highly experienced Staff Frontend Engineer with a strong background in building user interfaces. You have a deep understanding of React and Flux state control, particularly with Redux or Rematch, and are fully proficient in TypeScript and GraphQL. Your experience allows you to lead design efforts and mentor junior engineers effectively.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating seamless user experiences across multiple platforms. You understand the importance of performance and scalability in frontend applications and are always looking for ways to improve the user experience. You are comfortable working in a remote setting and can communicate effectively with team members across different time zones.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead the development of the Commercial Conditions Experience team, focusing on building and maintaining web and mobile interfaces that enhance user engagement. You will lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and user needs. Your hands-on leadership will guide the team in adopting best practices in frontend development, including code reviews and architectural decisions.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create a cohesive product experience. Your role will involve not only coding but also mentoring team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence in frontend technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are performant, accessible, and user-friendly, contributing to the overall success of the companyβs mission to promote employee wellbeing.
