Who you are
You have a strong background in B2B marketing, ideally with experience in driving marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and optimizing campaigns for conversion. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform your strategies and improve performance. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders effectively. Your experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, allows you to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. You are proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can contribute to the company's mission of promoting wellbeing.
What you'll do
In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at increasing MQLs for the Sales Development and Indirect Channel Partners teams. You will work closely with the B2B Marketing Manager to develop landing pages and marketing materials that resonate with corporate clients. Your focus will be on driving traffic and conversions through various digital marketing channels, ensuring that the campaigns align with the overall business objectives.
You will analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, making recommendations for improvements to enhance effectiveness. Collaborating with the sales team, you will support initiatives that drive engagement and foster relationships with potential clients. Your contributions will play a crucial role in helping Gympass expand its reach in the wellbeing market and achieve its mission of making every company a wellness company.
