What you'll do

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at HackerRank, you will partner with product designers and product managers to build and improve workflows for various user personas, including candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Your role will involve creating uniform software front-end components that are pluggable and can be utilized across the organization.

You will be responsible for understanding and improving key web performance metrics, ensuring that the platform can handle over 100K concurrent users effectively. You will actively participate in setting up good standards and conventions for frontend engineering, reviewing code for quality, and mentoring junior engineers.
