What you'll do

As the Principal Product Manager for Integrity at HackerRank, you will own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of platform capabilities that safeguard assessment authenticity. You will define and lead the roadmap for a system that supports over 100,000 concurrent user sessions, addressing the evolving challenges of AI-enabled cheating and assessment fraud. You will partner with product leaders across all HackerRank lines to embed integrity into the product suite, ensuring that every assessment result reflects genuine skill and performance. Your role will involve deep cross-functional collaboration, requiring you to work closely with engineering, machine learning, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions and maintain HackerRank's leadership in the market.
