Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and bring over 15 years of experience in product management, particularly in data observability and analytics. Your deep understanding of databases, data processing platforms, and machine learning tools enables you to make informed decisions that drive product success. You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and possess a strong curiosity to learn and adapt to new challenges. Your ability to think rigorously allows you to make hard decisions and trade-offs that benefit the product and the team. You are also skilled at mentoring other product managers, providing them with insights from formative research and market analysis.
What you'll do
As a Principal Product Manager at Acceldata, you will play a pivotal role in setting both near-term goals and long-term strategies for the product. You will lead collaboration efforts with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the product vision and roadmap are effectively communicated and executed. Your responsibilities will include developing a coherent product narrative that ties together various features and aspects of the product. You will work closely with a team of over 20 engineers to plan and execute the product roadmap, driving the product strategy for your sub-group. Additionally, you will mentor product managers, helping them understand the overall product strategy and providing high-level insights from market gaps and technical advancements. Your role will also involve driving the broader roadmap with a view beyond the next 12 months, ensuring that the product remains competitive and aligned with industry trends.
