Experience in program coordination or operations is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with the AI industry or educational institutions can be beneficial. You are a quick learner and are open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the Fellow experience.

What you'll do

As a Program Operations Associate at Handshake, you will support Senior Program Leads in the execution of Fellow programs. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, facilitating communication with Fellows, and triaging issues that arise during program execution. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that Fellows receive a consistent and positive experience throughout their journey. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, tracking program metrics, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance retention and satisfaction among Fellows.
