Who you are
You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can navigate ambiguity with ease. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers your team to achieve high performance. You are data-driven and comfortable using metrics to guide decision-making and improve operational processes. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Delivery.
Desirable
Experience in managing Trust & Safety or Pay Operations functions is a plus. Familiarity with the AI economy and understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents will help you excel in this role. A background in working with educational institutions or large enterprises can also be beneficial.
What you'll do
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will own and scale multiple central operations functions, ensuring operational excellence across the board. You will lead a small team of operators and frontline managers, driving initiatives that improve performance against clearly defined metrics and targets. Your role will involve designing, executing, and continuously improving operational processes that support the business's growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing best practices in operations management.
