Fieldguide is hiring a Senior Manager of Customer Success Operations to own the systems, data, and processes that power a world-class Customer Success organization. Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success operations, demonstrating your ability to lead teams and optimize processes. With 5+ years of experience in customer success or operations, you understand the nuances of building effective customer engagement strategies. Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success. Your leadership style is inclusive, fostering a culture of trust and support among your team members. You are passionate about creating value for customers and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Customer Success Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing systems that enhance the efficiency of the Customer Success team. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions. Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you will ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development. You will lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce customer churn, and improve overall satisfaction. Your role will involve mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. You will also be tasked with reporting on key performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability within the organization.
