What you'll do

As a Senior/Staff Product Designer at Baseten, you will lead the design process from start to finish. This includes prototyping, conducting design reviews, and performing user testing to ensure that your designs are effective and user-friendly. You will write PRDs and work directly with engineers to implement your designs, ensuring that there are no hand-offs and that the final product reflects your vision.

You will contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across the product while also allowing for flexibility as new features are developed. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers to validate your work and gather insights that will inform future design decisions. You will be expected to drive outcomes, not just deliver visuals, making a significant impact on the product's success.
