You have a strong background in data science with experience in designing and analyzing experiments that drive decision-making. You are skilled in capturing the right data and turning insights into predictive models that enhance provider and patient outcomes. Your ability to earn trust across teams and deliver clear, actionable findings is essential for speeding up decisions. You understand the importance of mental health care and are motivated to contribute to a system that makes therapy accessible to everyone.
Desirable
Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical analysis tools is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare data and the challenges associated with it will help you excel in this role. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with product teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
As a Senior Data Scientist at Headway, you will play a crucial role in building the decision engine that drives better mental health outcomes.
