What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager (Growth) at Headway, you will lead a team of engineers focused on building innovative solutions that enhance access to mental health care. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define the engineering roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent — your leadership will help shape the team's culture and drive performance. You will facilitate regular one-on-ones and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and support to your team members.
