What you'll do

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Headway, you will play a crucial role in developing our software platform that connects patients with mental health providers. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design and implement features that enhance user experience and streamline operations. Your responsibilities will include writing high-quality code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance. This includes gathering requirements, designing system architecture, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications.
