You have 5+ years of experience in data science, particularly in Bayesian experimentation and causal inference — you've successfully led projects that required deep statistical analysis and have a strong understanding of how to derive insights from noisy data. Your expertise in Python and SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you are comfortable working with various data analysis tools and frameworks.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders — you understand the importance of collaboration across teams, including Product, Growth, Operations, and Finance. Your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions, and you are passionate about using data to drive meaningful change in mental healthcare.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning techniques. You are proactive in staying updated with the latest advancements in data science and are eager to apply new methodologies to improve decision-making processes.
