What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead technical discovery engagements with customers to deeply understand their needs and success criteria. You will design and deliver production-ready systems, including APIs and data pipelines, while troubleshooting complex issues across data, infrastructure, and application layers. Your role will involve translating field learnings into actionable insights, enhancing HealthVerity’s engineering and AI frameworks.

You will help turn fragmented customer requirements into smooth, repeatable data processes that align with our platform strategy. Your hands-on delivery will advance our engineering standards, validating patterns and surfacing gaps to improve our systems. You will also be responsible for owning deployments and scaling efforts, ensuring that solutions operate effectively in real customer environments.
