Heetch is hiring a Responsable administratif de flotte to oversee the management of their vehicle fleet in Dakar. You'll be responsible for administrative follow-ups, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in managing vehicle fleets at a large scale, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. You are comfortable with technology and can report daily on fleet status and operations. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to interact effectively with various stakeholders, and you enjoy being involved in operational aspects of the business.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with local operations managers to develop the fleet offering in Dakar. You will be responsible for monitoring administrative documents related to the fleet, conducting vehicle inspections, and providing daily reports. You will coordinate maintenance and repairs with fleet managers and workshops, aiming to minimize vehicle downtime. Additionally, you will manage insurance claims and ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding vehicle documentation. You will also oversee the payment of fines and strive to maintain a high occupancy rate for the fleet.
