What you'll do
As a Business Operations intern at Heetch, you will play a crucial role in selling our stock of scooters by identifying new customer acquisition channels and optimizing the sales process. You will assist the sales team in reaching their targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
You will also be involved in managing a network of electric charging stations in the Paris region. This includes analyzing the performance of the network and proposing initiatives for improvement. You will help establish maintenance procedures and optimize intervention processes to ensure that charging stations are operational as quickly as possible.
Your role will require you to juggle several projects at once, collaborating with different teams to ensure that all aspects of the operations are running smoothly. You will gain valuable insights into the challenges of battery charging management and the electric scooter market, contributing to the sustainable mobility efforts in Paris.
