Overview
Lifen is seeking a Responsable Déploiement to lead the implementation of their AI-based healthcare solutions in hospitals across France. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to enhance care quality and streamline operations. This role requires a passion for healthcare and technical knowledge in system administration and interoperability.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong interest in healthcare and a desire to improve the quality of care for healthcare professionals. You embrace complexity and are eager to solve challenging problems, contributing to the future of healthcare collaboration. You are proactive in identifying and addressing obstacles, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset. While technical skills in system administration (Windows Server, GPO), networking (SFTP, VPN), and interoperability (HL7) are nice to have, you are open to learning these skills if you come from a healthcare background without them.
What you'll do
As a Responsable Déploiement at Lifen, you will be responsible for deploying our innovative solutions in hospitals throughout France. You will guide each hospital through the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring that our products are effectively integrated into their operations. Your role will involve collaborating with project managers and operations managers to facilitate smooth transitions and address any challenges that arise during deployment. You will also be instrumental in gathering feedback from healthcare professionals to continuously improve our solutions and enhance user experience.
