Who you are
You have a strong background in automotive mechanics, with a deep understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance — your expertise in mechanics, automotive electricity, and air conditioning allows you to supervise and perform technical interventions effectively. You thrive in high-pressure environments, managing large volumes of work while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Your leadership skills are exceptional — you have a natural authority that enables you to manage teams effectively, ensuring discipline and safety in the workshop. You are comfortable in rapidly growing environments and have a proven track record of organizing and planning work for teams of mechanics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing the daily operations of the garage, planning the work of mechanics, and distributing tasks efficiently. You will manage field teams, recruit and train mechanics, and ensure that the workshop operates smoothly and safely.
You will supervise and carry out technical interventions, ensuring that repairs are completed to the highest standards and that vehicles are returned to circulation promptly. Your focus will be on reducing vehicle downtime and improving the quality of interventions by applying clear and traceable processes.
