What you'll do

In this role, you will become the subject matter expert on the Workday Procurement tool, ensuring that all purchasing operations are executed effectively and in compliance with internal policies. You will coordinate the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, which involves reviewing, adjusting, and approving a high volume of purchase requests. You will also manage discrepancies related to purchase orders and goods receipts, ensuring that all transactions adhere to established guidelines. As the primary point of contact for internal users, you will provide comprehensive support for inquiries, issues, and requests related to the P2P process, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the procurement operations.
