What you'll do
As a Purchasing Coordinator at HelloFresh, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing purchasing activities. You will support inbound supply chain operations and external partnerships to ensure that ingredients arrive to customers on time and in full. Your responsibilities will include calculating and issuing purchase orders for your category areas, revising or raising additional purchase orders as necessary, and completing audit checks to ensure orders are accurate before sending them to suppliers. You will also resolve any queries raised by suppliers regarding purchase orders or transportation and escalate issues when necessary. Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis on operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent similar issues from recurring. You will help establish and maintain reports that support daily operations and distribute forecast information to relevant stakeholders.
