What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections on automation, robotics, and control panels. You will troubleshoot out-of-service equipment, acting as an escalation point for lower-level technicians and coordinating with leadership and vendors for additional support when necessary. Documenting all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring accurate records of maintenance activities. You will lead efforts to audit vendor work, providing feedback to leadership on quality and performance. Additionally, you will develop and modify preventive maintenance procedures to standardize practices across the network, enhancing the effectiveness of maintenance operations. Your role will also involve performing building project work as assigned, contributing to the overall improvement of facilities and systems.
