What you'll do

As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will conduct internal theft investigations while strictly adhering to company policies and procedures. You will identify theft trends by leveraging technology and surveillance tactics, driving a culture of theft prevention through the implementation of action plans. Your role will involve gathering intelligence and communicating important issues to prevent theft effectively. You will respond to incidents and ensure all documentation is submitted according to standards. Additionally, you will assist with safety and health initiatives, working closely with HR and management teams during investigations and emergencies. Your contributions will help create a secure environment for all employees at HelloFresh.
