What you'll do

As the Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for all maintenance-related escalations within the fulfillment center. You will manage and complete maintenance tickets while ensuring that the master preventative maintenance schedule is up to date. Your role involves overseeing a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as they troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues. You will also manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, defining the scope of work and ensuring that deliverables are met on time.

In addition to managing day-to-day maintenance operations, you will support equipment and facilities upgrades aimed at improving safety, quality, and productivity. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with food safety standards and contribute to the overall reliability and uptime of production equipment. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe working environment for both technicians and production associates.
