You possess critical thinking skills that enable you to investigate variances to budget and understand the drivers behind these trends. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to articulate complex financial concepts clearly to various stakeholders. You are data-driven and comfortable working with methodologies, dashboards, and models to enhance budgeting processes.
What you'll do
As a Senior Financial Analyst at HelloFresh, you will develop and maintain scalable reporting systems that validate and communicate weekly business reviews and KPIs. You will collaborate with other financial teams on initiatives that include the monthly close process, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and timely. Your analytical mindset will be crucial as you investigate variances to budget and follow up with growth team leads to gain insights into variance drivers.
You will support the monthly reporting, analysis, and commentary for revenue, assisting in planning exercises and the quarterly and annual budgeting cycles. Your involvement in data analytic discussions during business review meetings will help shape the financial strategies of the company. You will be expected to maintain and develop methodologies that enhance the overall financial reporting process, contributing to the growth of HelloFresh.
