Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, specifically in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within a SaaS environment. Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify key drivers of financial performance, and you possess a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, G&A, Product, and Engineering, to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational outcomes.

Your business acumen is complemented by your ability to leverage data and analytics to drive insights. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have experience using financial modeling tools to support your analyses. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about using your expertise to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare technology sector.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare technology industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI tools that enhance financial decision-making. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for process improvement and are committed to continuous learning and development in your field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with the FP&A Manager to analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to leadership. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports and presentations for executive management, as well as collaborating with various departments to support their financial planning needs.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models that support decision-making across the organization. This includes conducting variance analysis and providing recommendations based on your findings. You will play a key role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency, ensuring that the company remains on track to meet its financial objectives.
