Who you are

You are a strategic and results-focused leader with a proven track record in transforming brand connections through media. With extensive experience in media planning and buying, you understand how to effectively manage substantial budgets across various channels, ensuring impactful brand impressions. Your strong analytical skills enable you to optimize marketing strategies based on defined ROI and brand goals. You possess excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

You have a deep understanding of traditional and digital media channels, including digital and linear TV, video, OOH, print, radio, and podcasts. Your expertise in marketing measurement and analytical models, such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), equips you to assess the effectiveness of media strategies. You are a thought leader in the field, capable of writing clear and concise data-driven strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

Desirable

Experience in managing media strategies across multiple international markets is a plus. Familiarity with integrated communications planning and the ability to shape cohesive brand narratives across paid, earned, and owned channels will set you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building centers of excellence for local market teams.

What you'll do

As the Intl. Director of ATL Media & Connections Planning at HelloFresh, you will spearhead the media strategy for all HelloFresh Group brands, ensuring a channel-agnostic approach to brand building. You will oversee a substantial marketing budget across 16 markets, optimizing media mixes to achieve defined ROI and brand goals. Your role will involve shaping how brand narratives are brought to life across various channels, ensuring that the right message reaches consumers at the right time.

You will partner closely with in-house online marketing teams and cross-functional partners to enhance the integrated marketing mix. Leading a team of Senior Managers and collaborating with media agency partners, you will build a center of excellence for integrated communications planning and ATL media buying. Your thought leadership will guide the team in executing effective media strategies that leave lasting impressions on consumers.
