Who you are
You are an ambitious and collaborative strategy leader with a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives. You have experience working closely with senior leadership teams to develop and implement strategic roadmaps that align with business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively across various functions ensures that strategies are understood and executed throughout the organization.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Your experience in setting and managing OKRs demonstrates your capability to drive performance and accountability within teams. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with both commercial and operational teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will shape, drive, and execute the strategic priorities for HelloFresh in the Nordics. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Nordic Senior Leadership, facilitating the development of a mid-term strategic roadmap and defining OKRs and targets with input from cross-functional leaders. Your responsibilities will include leading communication about strategic focus areas and progress across the organization, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
You will prepare and facilitate regular reporting and business reviews, providing actionable insights that help position the company to win with customers. Your role will be instrumental in driving key strategic projects that enhance the business's competitive edge in the market. You will also manage one direct report, fostering their development and ensuring they contribute effectively to the team's success.
