Overview

HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Associate in HR Standards and Excellence to partner cross-functionally and support HR processes across Canada. This role involves creating documentation, conducting audits, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve HR practices.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in HR processes and are experienced in partnering with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Your ability to streamline operations and create documentation ensures that HR practices are uniform and consistent across various locations. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for conducting audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with various Centers of Excellence to build training programs that enhance the onboarding experience for new hires. Your experience in metrics collection and trend analysis allows you to present valuable insights during business reviews, contributing to the overall improvement of HR operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating documentation such as Standard Work and SOPs to ensure that HR processes are well-defined and easily accessible. You will partner with stakeholders to develop training materials that will be integrated into the HR new hire training curriculum. Conducting regular audits of Standard Work practices will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all teams adhere to the established guidelines.

You will also participate in HR Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews, where you will collect and present metrics that highlight trends and areas for improvement. Collaborating with the Tech team, you will help create tools that support process automation, ultimately reducing manual work and enhancing efficiency within the HR function.

What we offer

HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $75,000—$85,000 CAD, depending on your location. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the HR processes across Canada.
