Overview
HelloFresh is seeking an HR People Partner to serve as the primary HR contact in their distribution center. You'll partner with leadership to drive people-centric initiatives and ensure compliance in a positive work environment. This role requires strong HR advisory skills and experience in employee relations.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a solid background in HR, ideally with experience as a People Business Partner or similar role. You understand the importance of fostering a safe and inclusive workplace culture and are adept at coaching and advising leadership on HR-related topics throughout the employee life cycle. You are skilled in handling employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. You are proactive in monitoring key HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, engagement, and headcount, and you are committed to maintaining high standards in Food Safety and Health & Safety. You are a strong communicator who can liaise effectively with colleagues and support functions, ensuring that all operational HR matters are addressed promptly.
Desirable
Experience in a distribution center or similar operational environment would be beneficial. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices is a plus, as is a background in recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
What you'll do
As the primary HR contact at the site, you will be responsible for all operational HR matters, acting as a trusted advisor to site leadership and employees. You will coach and advise (senior) leadership on HR-related topics, ensuring that the company's values and DNA are upheld throughout the team. You will handle day-to-day queries from colleagues, liaising with support functions as necessary to resolve issues effectively. Your role will involve managing employee relations, addressing conflicts, and carrying out disciplinary measures in accordance with company policies and local labor laws. You will support recruitment processes in close collaboration with the central Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that the site is staffed with the right talent to meet operational needs. Additionally, you will monitor and manage key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve workplace culture and performance.
