Your expertise in tools like Tableau and Power BI allows you to design and implement centralized data hubs that integrate disparate data streams into a single source of truth. You are skilled in developing intelligent data strategies, particularly in ETL processes, ensuring the integrity and security of compliance data.

You are an innovator at heart, with a keen interest in AI-driven transformation. You have a track record of identifying and piloting high-impact use cases that enhance compliance functions, such as automated policy advisory and intelligent risk signals. Your ability to serve as a technical liaison ensures that compliance guardrails are embedded by design into enterprise architecture.

You possess strong leadership skills, capable of overseeing strategic control oversight and independent validation programs. You are adept at translating complex findings into actionable insights, ensuring that key controls across high-impact domains are verified and validated effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of a centralized Digital Assurance Hub, orchestrating various data streams into a cohesive system. You will architect the integrations and ETL strategy across core systems, ensuring that compliance data is both secure and reliable. Your role will involve acting as an internal consultant for AI-driven initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation that will future-proof the compliance function.

You will define and oversee the verification of key controls, ensuring that they align with the Group's compliance management system. Your leadership will guide the quarterly verification program, utilizing independent data to validate executive attestations and functional self-assessments. You will collaborate closely with Global Tech and Data Privacy teams, ensuring that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
