You are a seasoned compliance professional with a strong background in consumer finance or securities — you thrive in environments where regulatory rigor meets business practicality. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes while providing actionable insights to business leaders. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Operations. You are proactive in identifying compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the company's operations align with applicable regulatory requirements. Your hands-on approach allows you to lead compliance operations effectively, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within the organization.
What you'll do
