What you'll do
In this role, you will design and implement an international sourcing strategy for fresh produce categories. You will lead supplier selection, onboarding, and strategic negotiations to secure optimal terms and long-term partnerships. Your focus will be on driving supplier development initiatives and fostering cross-border collaboration to enhance quality and innovation.
You will define and track KPIs to monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making.
