You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple ingredient requests simultaneously, ensuring that timelines are met and standards are adhered to. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the project management for new ingredient requests, acting as the gatekeeper to ensure that all requests are processed according to the standardized workflow. You will coordinate closely with local NID/Ingredient Specialists to ensure that sourcing tasks are completed on time and in line with critical paths. Your responsibilities will include reviewing new ingredient requisition proposals for completeness and connecting with local suppliers or category managers when multiple markets are involved. You will manage stakeholder engagement and communications to ensure a consistent approach across different markets, driving efficient cross-market sourcing opportunities.
