What you'll do

As a Supervisor Operations, you will be responsible for a defined area during your shift, ensuring the timely fulfillment of KPIs and customer requirements. You will work closely with other departments to achieve production goals efficiently and with the highest quality standards. Your role involves monitoring compliance with quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all health and safety regulations. You will oversee the smooth operation of processes, allocate resources efficiently, and manage work organization. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate the deployment of shipping and warehouse staff, ensuring clear task distribution.
