What you'll do

As a Supervisor Production, you will be responsible for a defined area during your shift, ensuring that KPIs and customer requirements are met on time. You will work closely with other departments to achieve production goals efficiently and with the highest quality. Your role involves monitoring compliance with quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health and safety regulations. You will oversee the smooth operation of processes, allocate resources efficiently, and manage task distribution among your team members. Additionally, you will promote a safe and productive work environment, enhancing teamwork and engagement within your team.
