Your experience includes managing inventory processes, where you have demonstrated your capability to control the staging and organization of materials in the RTI cooler. You understand the importance of following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles and maintaining food storage standards. Your attention to detail ensures that accurate counts are kept, and you are adept at using the correct blends as required. You are also responsible for the day-to-day entry and data integrity of production batches and inventory adjustments, showcasing your analytical skills in reporting and documentation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage different teams within the RTI area to achieve operational objectives. You will communicate effectively with team members and other departments via email and Slack to ensure accurate inventory numbers are delivered. Your responsibilities will include examining operational documentation and inventory activity to ensure the accuracy of information provided. You will conduct cycle counts and correct inventory as required, coordinating the management of staged inventory to optimize efficiency.

You will assist in the physical movement of materials to and from staging locations when necessary, ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence in product quality, both for internal and external customers. You will be expected to support your team in achieving their goals while adhering to the company's operational requirements. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of the inventory process and ensuring that all business operations have adequate materials to meet their objectives.
