You are a high-performing, self-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong background in supply chain management. You thrive in transforming processes and driving operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain. Your ability to foster a culture of transformation and continuous improvement sets you apart. You have a deep understanding of supply chain processes, data, and technology, which allows you to deliver the best possible value to customers.
You possess strong project management skills and can prioritize, plan, and execute multiple initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and reliability. Your experience in stakeholder management enables you to collaborate effectively with teams across procurement, planning, logistics, technology, data, fulfillment operations, food safety, and finance. You are a subject matter expert in source-to-pay technology and processes, and you can identify gaps in current supply chain processes while forecasting future needs based on product and operations roadmaps.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive operational excellence across HelloFresh's supply chain by leading various process and technology improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify risks, align on priorities, and develop solutions that span multiple functions. Your expertise will be crucial in improving supply chain reliability and reducing waste, ultimately enhancing customer value. You will serve as the subject matter expert on source-to-pay technology, representing the Procurement team in key business decisions. Your ability to identify gaps in current processes and forecast future needs will be essential in ensuring the supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently.
What we offer
HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $80,000—$90,000 CAD, depending on your location. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement.
