Who you are
You have a strong background in managing transportation and logistics networks, with experience in overseeing daily shipping operations and carrier relationships. You are comfortable managing a P&L and are accountable for identifying and executing savings initiatives. Your ability to drive efficiency through data and KPIs is essential, and you have experience building new data processes from scratch. You are a natural leader, capable of managing offshore resources and growing your team as the company scales.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the transportation and logistics network for Voomi Supply, ensuring efficient operations across a large supplier base. You will be responsible for delivering savings by identifying new projects and monitoring their execution. Your operational oversight will include managing daily shipping operations and maintaining strong relationships with various carriers, including national parcel carriers and regional delivery providers. You will lead a team, providing guidance and support as the company continues to grow, and you will have ample opportunities to expand your team as needed.
