You have a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills — you excel at optimizing supply chain operations and implementing long-term strategies that align with business objectives. Your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including Sourcing, Demand Planning, and Procurement, is key to delivering exceptional value to customers. You are a creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that enhance efficiency.
You have experience managing inventory levels and preparing replenishment plans — you understand the importance of having the right product in the right quantity at the right place and at the right time. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) enable you to make informed decisions that support new product launches and manage existing product life cycles. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working on ad-hoc improvement projects to enhance processes.
What you'll do
As a Supply Planner, you will manage inventory levels nationally and prepare replenishment plans for assigned products in a timely manner, in line with the weekly operational cycle. You will collaborate with various teams to share short-term purchasing and manufacturing forecasts, ensuring a seamless flow of goods and services. Your role will involve evaluating applications and implementing tools that assist in screening and assessing candidate qualifications based on the requirements for this role. You will also be responsible for optimizing purchasing and manufacturing plans to meet business objectives.
You will play a crucial role in managing inventory and supply chain operations, ensuring that the right products are available when needed. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing replenishment plans, managing KPIs, and collaborating with teams to support product launches. You will have the opportunity to work on improvement projects that enhance overall efficiency and contribute to the success of the supply chain operations.
What we offer
This is a 100% in-person role based at our Distribution Center located in Calgary, Alberta. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 CAD, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, and you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations.
