You have experience in production planning and a strong understanding of operational processes β you've successfully created and maintained production schedules that meet demand while minimizing waste. You are detail-oriented and can analyze data to make informed decisions that enhance efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with various stakeholders β your experience in coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams has equipped you with the skills to manage complex workflows. You are proactive in identifying bottlenecks and constraints, and you take the initiative to implement solutions that improve plan reliability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing tools and processes that enable effective capacity and production planning β you will build and maintain weekly production plans for ingredients and meals based on forecasted demand. Your focus will be on maximizing kitchen equipment utilization and minimizing waste, ensuring that production meets customer expectations.
You will adjust in-week plans based on demand changes and key performance indicators (KPIs) β tracking variances to plan and advising on necessary adjustments will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions related to plan reliability, bottlenecks, and constraints.
You will own cross-functional shift handover meetings to align on in-week production plans and set clear expectations for the team β your leadership will help ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the launch of a new distribution center, and you will play a key part in delivering the best possible value to HelloFresh customers.
What we offer
HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $60,000β$70,000 CAD, along with a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact.
