Who you are
You have experience in fleet management and operations, ensuring that all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and standards. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and adapting to changes in volume and fleet availability. Your organizational skills allow you to effectively manage a fleet of approximately 250 vehicles, ensuring smooth daily operations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a diverse team across different countries.
Desirable
Experience in the foodtech industry or similar sectors is a plus. Familiarity with logistics and transportation regulations will help you excel in this role. You are passionate about sustainability and efficiency in operations, aligning with HelloFresh's mission to promote a more sustainable way of cooking.
What you'll do
As the Fleet Operations Manager, you will be the key person responsible for supervising the daily operations of HelloFresh's refrigerated fleet in France. You will ensure that all vehicles meet the necessary safety regulations and standards, adapting the fleet size based on volume fluctuations and availability. You will collaborate with your colleagues in the Netherlands and Belgium, contributing to a cohesive international team. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement in fleet operations and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will also be responsible for monitoring vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition for daily operations. Your proactive approach will help in anticipating challenges and addressing them before they impact service delivery.
