What you'll do

As the Fleet Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive training and certification programs for all drivers operating Saronic vehicles. This includes developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. You will ensure that all drivers meet the necessary safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements, which is crucial for the operation of autonomous vehicles.

You will collaborate with various teams to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that address those needs. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and improvement of training processes to enhance the effectiveness of the programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of training and certification for all drivers, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
