Who you are
You have significant experience in supply chain management, ideally within the foodtech industry, and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and productivity. You possess a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, PDCA, and VSM, which you have successfully implemented in previous roles. You are fluent in English, enabling you to thrive in an international work environment. You are committed to fostering a safe and healthy workplace, aiming for a zero-accident culture.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with supply chain management software and tools. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and have a knack for motivating your team to embrace change and innovation.
What you'll do
As the Senior Supply Chain Manager at HelloFresh, you will oversee the entire supply chain operations at the site, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage the reception team, ensuring that incoming goods are received, counted, and stored correctly. Your leadership will extend to the warehouse team, where you will implement best practices for inventory management and order fulfillment. You will also supervise the shipping team, ensuring that all outgoing orders are dispatched accurately and on time. You will be responsible for setting performance objectives for your teams and providing the necessary support to help them achieve these goals. Additionally, you will analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing Lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
