What you'll do

In this key position, you will take full responsibility for the independent maintenance and repair of complex automated systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance. You will conduct thorough troubleshooting and error analysis, swiftly identifying and rectifying disturbances in critical system components. Your role will also involve providing technical support and contributing to the planning and execution of various technical projects, including audits and safety inspections.

You will actively engage in knowledge transfer and mentoring of junior technicians, guiding them through daily operations and helping them develop their skills. Your contributions to improvement initiatives will be vital in driving the continuous enhancement of processes and systems within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions that align with the company's goals.
