You have extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of automated systems, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze faults in critical components. Your technical expertise allows you to work independently on complex maintenance tasks, ensuring that systems operate at peak efficiency. You enjoy collaborating with a team to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your mentoring skills enable you to guide junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and fostering their professional growth. You are detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining accurate technical documentation and participating in safety audits and project planning.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take charge of the maintenance and repair of our conveyor systems, ensuring they function reliably and efficiently. You will identify and resolve issues with critical components, employing your troubleshooting skills to minimize downtime. Your responsibilities will include supporting technical projects and participating in safety inspections, contributing to a culture of safety and compliance. You will also be involved in improvement initiatives, actively seeking ways to enhance system performance and reliability. Your role will require you to document maintenance activities in our CMMS system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accessible. You will work closely with other team members to share insights and develop best practices for maintenance operations.
