Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in the refrigeration or HVAC sectors, with a focus on compliance and performance metrics. Your experience includes collaborating with maintenance teams, vendors, and engineering departments to drive improvements and efficiencies in refrigeration programs. You are adept at developing preventative maintenance plans and achieving sustainability goals, ensuring that all safety and food safety standards are met. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to create and execute training programs tailored to technicians' needs. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements is a key strength.
What you'll do
As the Senior Program Manager for Refrigeration at HelloFresh, you will oversee the ongoing development and improvement of the refrigeration program across multiple locations. You will work closely with maintenance teams and refrigeration technicians to drive performance metrics and ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards. Your responsibilities will include developing preventative maintenance plans, achieving sustainability goals, and driving efficiency in key performance metrics. You will also oversee the IOQ processes and work towards the betterment of all maintenance goals related to HVAC and refrigeration. Additionally, you will plan and host manufacturer-led training courses for technicians based on their needs, ensuring that they are well-equipped to handle the challenges of the role.
